# Academy integration

> Integrate Forex Masters into your academy or institution with managed learner access, structured curriculum, AI-supported learning, and administrative oversight.

# Academy integration

Forex Masters for Business gives academies, colleges, training providers, and education partners a structured way to deliver institutional-grade Forex education without building a trading curriculum, learner workspace, or progress-tracking stack from scratch.

Your learners access the Forex Masters learning environment, where curriculum, lesson progression, AI-assisted guidance, journals, and workspace tools come together in one experience. Your administrators manage membership, invitations, and institutional visibility through the academy administration layer.

<Note>
  Forex Masters is an education and analysis platform. It does not provide investment advice, execute trades, manage client funds, or guarantee trading outcomes. Your academy remains responsible for ensuring that its marketing, learner communications, and local operating model comply with applicable laws and institutional policies.

## What an academy integration includes

A typical academy implementation combines four connected layers:

1. **Institutional access** — an academy record with designated administrators, approved email domain auto-matching (e.g. `@college.edu`), seat allocation enforcement, and student membership.
2. **Learning delivery** — structured modules, lessons, video-based learning, quizzes, and lesson progression.
3. **Learner practice** — personal workspaces, notes, journals, tasks, and trading-analysis tools.
4. **Guided intelligence** — authenticated AI assistance that can use relevant learning and workspace context within platform safety and entitlement controls.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Institutional setup">
    The Academy Administrator sets up institutional access and configures student enrollment.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Student onboarding">
    Students receive invitations, enroll, and enter the Forex Masters learning environment.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Integrated learning">
    Students engage with lessons, workspace tools (notes, journals), and AI-supported learning.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Learning outcomes">
    The combined activities drive measurable academy learning outcomes.
  </Step>
</Steps>

The platform is designed to support a repeatable learner journey rather than a collection of disconnected videos or signals. Students can learn concepts, apply them to analysis, document their reasoning, and return to their work over time.

## Integration models

Choose an operating model based on how closely Forex Masters should sit within your existing academy experience.

<Warning>
  Do not position platform access as a promise of profitability, funded-account approval, employment, or a specific trading result. Trading involves substantial risk, and educational performance should be evaluated through learning and process measures—not financial outcomes alone.
</Warning>

## Institutional roles and access

The institutional data model supports separate records for organizations, administrators, students, and invitations. This separation is important: access administration should not rely on shared logins, spreadsheets, or informal account transfers.

| Role | Typical responsibility | Recommended use |
| - | - | - |
| **Academy owner or program lead** | Owns the commercial relationship and program strategy | Maintains governance, learner policy, and escalation ownership |
| **Academy administrator** | Manages invites, enrollment status, and operational access | Handles routine cohort administration |
| **Instructor or mentor** | Delivers teaching and learner support | Uses approved teaching materials and academy-defined support processes |
| **Student** | Completes learning activities and manages personal workspace data | Receives individual authenticated access |
| **Forex Masters support team** | Supports agreed platform and account-management workflows | Assists with implementation, access issues, and escalation pathways |

<Note>
  Individual learners should use their own authenticated accounts. This supports appropriate access controls, personal learning continuity, and separation of learner records.
</Note>

## Implementation workflow

<Steps>
  <Step title="Define your program model">
    Confirm the audience, cohort size, delivery dates, instructional format, learner-support model, and intended role of Forex Masters in your program.

    Decide whether the platform is the primary curriculum, a companion to instructor-led teaching, or a component of a broader academy pathway.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete institutional setup">
    Establish the academy organization record and designate the authorized administrator or administrators who will manage learner access.

    Document who is permitted to request learner additions, removals, access changes, and support escalations.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Prepare learner communications">
    Create learner-facing onboarding communications that explain account creation, acceptable use, support channels, and the education-only nature of the platform.

    Include your academy’s own attendance, assessment, conduct, and privacy requirements where applicable.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Invite and enroll learners">
    Add students through the institutional invitation flow. Learners should accept access using their own email address and complete platform onboarding before their first learning session.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Align curriculum and delivery">
    Map Forex Masters modules and lessons to your class schedule, mentor sessions, learning objectives, and assessment milestones.

    Introduce the platform before expecting learners to independently use workspaces, journals, or AI-supported learning features.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Operate, review, and improve">
    Review enrollment status, learner support themes, progression signals, and program feedback at a regular cadence. Use these insights to improve cohort communications and instructional delivery.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Curriculum alignment

Forex Masters is most effective when platform learning is intentionally connected to your academy’s delivery plan.

A practical curriculum map usually answers:

* Which lessons should learners complete before each live session?
* Which concepts are taught directly by instructors versus reinforced in the platform?
* When should learners begin structured chart observation, journaling, and trade-review exercises?
* Which learning activities are required, recommended, or optional?
* How will your academy assess understanding without encouraging reckless or outcome-driven trading behavior?
* Who supports learners when they are confused by a concept, platform workflow, or AI response?

### Suggested delivery pattern

| Program phase | Academy activity | Forex Masters role |
| - | - | - |
| **Orientation** | Set expectations, explain risk, establish learner conduct | Account setup, onboarding, platform navigation |
| **Core concepts** | Teach foundations and vocabulary | Structured lessons, explanations, knowledge reinforcement |
| **Analysis practice** | Run guided chart-review sessions | Workspace tools, notes, saved observations |
| **Discipline and review** | Facilitate reflection and process review | Journals, tasks, learning progress, AI-supported study |
| **Advanced application** | Use supervised scenario work and case discussion | Contextual learning resources and analysis workflows |
| **Completion** | Evaluate learning outcomes and gather feedback | Progress records and academy-defined completion workflow |

  <Accordion title="How should we use AI-supported learning in class?">
    Position AI as a study and reflection companion—not as an authority that replaces instructor judgement, learner responsibility, or compliant educational practice.

    Encourage learners to use it to clarify concepts, organize study plans, review educational material, and reflect on documented process. Instructors should set clear boundaries for assignments, assessments, and any use of AI-generated content.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can we use our own teaching materials?">
    Yes. Academy-led teaching can complement the Forex Masters curriculum. Before distributing materials that reproduce, modify, or commercially reuse Forex Masters content, confirm the permitted-use terms in your institutional agreement.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can instructors see every learner's personal trading information?">
    Access to learner data should follow the agreed institutional setup, applicable privacy requirements, and the platform’s authorization model. Do not assume that an instructor or administrator can access a learner’s private workspace, journal, AI history, or broker-related records without an explicitly approved product and privacy workflow.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Does completion mean a learner is ready to trade live?">
    No. Course completion or lesson progress indicates educational engagement, not trading competence, suitability, regulatory authorization, or readiness to risk capital. Your academy should communicate this distinction clearly.
  </Accordion>

## Learner onboarding checklist

A strong first-week experience improves activation and reduces avoidable support requests.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Set expectations before the invitation">
    Tell learners why they are receiving access, what they are expected to complete, and where they should seek support.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Require individual account setup">
    Learners should activate their own account and complete onboarding using accurate personal details. Shared accounts should not be used.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Introduce the learning workflow">
    Demonstrate how to find assigned lessons, track progress, use the workspace, create notes, and document learning reflections.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Establish AI-use boundaries">
    Explain that AI guidance is educational support. Learners must independently evaluate information, follow academy rules, and avoid treating generated content as a trading instruction or financial recommendation.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Provide a support route">
    Give learners a clear distinction between academy questions, platform-access questions, and urgent account or privacy concerns.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Data, privacy, and administration

Forex Masters separates user-facing data from trusted institutional and server-side operations. Academy implementations should preserve that separation in their own processes.

The platform may contain personal learning records, progress, notes, journal entries, AI messages, behavioral context, and—in relevant workflows—broker-related records. These are sensitive categories of information.

### Academy responsibilities

* Collect and share only the learner information necessary for enrollment and support.
* Use authorized administrators for access changes and institutional requests.
* Keep invitation lists, staff access, and learner status accurate.
* Establish a lawful basis and appropriate notices for personal-data processing in your jurisdiction.
* Define retention, withdrawal, and account-offboarding procedures with your legal or privacy lead.
* Avoid requesting learner passwords, private API credentials, full trading account statements, or unnecessary personal information.
* Use approved channels when sharing learner concerns with Forex Masters support.

### Platform security principles

Forex Masters uses authenticated user access and separates browser-scoped data access from trusted server operations. Protected API workflows are designed to apply identity, request validation, rate limiting, and role-aware controls.

<Warning>
  An academy administrator should never ask learners to share passwords, session tokens, one-time codes, broker credentials, or API keys. If a learner loses access, use the approved account recovery or support process.
</Warning>

## Operating boundaries

Forex Masters for Business is designed for education and learner development. It should not be used as infrastructure for:

* Personalized investment advice or account management
* Trade execution on behalf of learners
* Copy trading, signal selling, or guaranteed-return programs
* Collection or custody of learner capital
* Circumvention of broker, exchange, financial-promotion, consumer-protection, or privacy requirements
* Automated evaluation of learners based solely on trading profits or losses

<Note>
  If your academy operates in a regulated environment, markets to multiple jurisdictions, works with minors, or connects educational activity to broker services, obtain appropriate legal and compliance advice before launch.
</Note>

## Launch readiness checklist

Use this checklist before inviting your first cohort.

* [ ] Institutional agreement, permitted use, and commercial terms are confirmed.
* [ ] Authorized academy administrators are named and trained.
* [ ] Learner invitation and removal process is documented.
* [ ] Learner privacy notice and consent process have been reviewed where required.
* [ ] Marketing and learner communications use education-focused, risk-aware language.
* [ ] No profitability, funding, employment, or performance guarantees are made.
* [ ] Curriculum mapping and instructor responsibilities are defined.
* [ ] Support ownership and escalation routes are published.
* [ ] AI-use expectations are included in learner orientation.
* [ ] Offboarding, access revocation, and record-retention responsibilities are agreed.
* [ ] A pilot cohort or controlled launch plan is in place.

## Support and escalation model

For the best learner experience, route requests to the right owner from the start.

| Request type | Primary owner | Examples |
| - | - | - |
| Program schedule, assignments, attendance, assessment | Academy | Cohort deadlines, classroom delivery, course requirements |
| Access invitations and membership administration | Academy administrator | Adding a learner, correcting enrollment status, removing former learners |
| Platform access or technical issue | Forex Masters support | Login, account access, platform behavior, supported product workflows |
| Privacy, security, or suspected account compromise | Escalate immediately | Lost device, unauthorized access concern, sensitive-data incident |
| Trading suitability or financial decision | Learner’s qualified adviser, where appropriate | Questions requiring regulated financial, legal, or tax advice |
