# College Admin Portal

> Manage institutional Forex Masters access, learner enrollment, progress visibility, and college-level communication from the College Admin Portal.

# College Admin Portal

The College Admin Portal is the institutional control center for colleges delivering Forex Masters learning experiences to their students. It gives authorized college administrators a single place to review program activity, manage student membership, distribute invitations, and maintain college settings.

The portal supports education and learning administration. It does not provide trade execution, brokerage services, individualized investment advice, or a guarantee of trading outcomes.

<Note>
  Access to the College Admin Portal is restricted to authenticated users with an authorized college administration context. If you have access to Forex Masters as a learner but cannot open the portal, contact your institution's designated administrator.
</Note>

## Access and permissions

Forex Masters separates personal learner access from institutional administration. College records are associated with a college entity, and administrative actions are evaluated in the context of that institution.

| Role or context | Typical access |
| - | - |
| Student | Learner workspace, assigned content, personal progress, and permitted community features |
| College administrator | College-level dashboard, student administration, invitations, communications, and institutional settings |
| Forex Masters platform administrator | Platform-wide administration and operational controls |

<Warning>
  College administrators should only manage students, invitations, and institutional information belonging to their own college. Do not request, collect, or share student credentials. Access rights are enforced through the application’s authenticated server and data-access boundaries.
</Warning>

## Open the portal

1. Sign in with the account assigned to your college administrator role.
2. Navigate to the **College Admin** area from the authenticated application navigation.
3. Confirm that the active institution is the correct college before making changes.
4. Select a portal section from the available tabs.

## Portal areas

The exact controls available may vary by your college configuration and assigned administrative permissions.

<Accordion title="Dashboard overview">
  The dashboard provides real-time oversight of your institution’s Forex Masters program:

  * **Live Participant Metrics**: Monitor seat allocation vs. capacity, daily active students, average course completion percentage, and total study hours.
  * **One-Click CSV Export**: Download complete student roster, department breakdowns, and completion metrics as a `.csv` spreadsheet at any time.
  * **Department Leaderboard**: Review student module completions and study hours grouped by department or trading desk.

  Dashboard data supports learning operations and institutional oversight—it is not intended to make financial claims about individual learners.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Student management">
  Student management is the primary area for reviewing learners associated with your institution:

  * **Roster & Seat Tracking**: View active enrolled students against your contracted seat limit.
  * **Student Search**: Find learners quickly by name, email address, or department.
  * **Department Leaderboards**: Track student progress across modules and total study hours.
  * **One-Click Data Export**: Export the full student roster and engagement metrics to CSV.
  * **Invitation Management**: Monitor invite acceptance and revoke or re-issue invitations as needed.

  Student learning and profile data is personal data. Access it only when necessary for legitimate educational administration.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Invitations and enrollment">
  College invitations connect an eligible learner to your institutional program. An invitation is associated with a college and is separate from a learner’s personal sign-in credentials.

  Use invitations when a student needs to be added to your college’s Forex Masters access pathway. Before sending one, verify the recipient’s email address and confirm that the student is authorized to participate.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Communication hub">
  The Communication Hub supports institution-level engagement workflows. Use it to coordinate appropriate program communications, such as onboarding reminders, learning milestones, or operational notices.

  Keep messages educational, factual, and suitable for the intended audience. Do not present market commentary as a personalized instruction to buy, sell, or hold a financial instrument.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="College settings">
  College Settings contains the institution-level configuration available to your role. Review changes carefully, particularly where they affect the college identity, administrator context, or learner-facing program information.
</Accordion>

## Manage students

Use student management to maintain an accurate institutional roster.

### Review the roster

1. Open **Student Management**.
2. Search or browse the current student list.
3. Select a learner to review the information available to your administrative role.
4. Confirm the learner belongs to the intended college before taking an action.

<Note>
  A student may have an independent Forex Masters account while also participating through a college. Institutional administration should not be used to access or alter information outside the college relationship.
</Note>

### Add a student by invitation

1. Open the invitation or student enrollment control available in your portal.
2. Enter the student’s approved institutional email address.
3. Verify the college context and recipient details.
4. Send the invitation.
5. Track the invitation until it is accepted, expires, or is replaced.

<Warning>
  Send invitations only to verified recipients. Incorrectly addressed invitations can expose enrollment opportunities or program communications to an unintended person.
</Warning>

### Handle invitation issues

| Situation | Recommended action |
| - | - |
| Student did not receive an invitation | Confirm the email address, ask the student to check spam or filtered folders, then use the available resend or replacement workflow if appropriate. |
| Invitation was sent to the wrong address | Revoke or replace it through the available administrative controls and create a new invitation only after verifying the correct address. |
| Student already has an account | Confirm whether they should be associated with your college and follow the institution’s enrollment process. |
| Student cannot access college content | Confirm enrollment status and direct the learner to sign in with the invited account. Escalate unresolved entitlement issues to Forex Masters support. |

## Use progress signals responsibly

The portal may surface learner or program progress information to help administrators support participation. Progress data is an educational operational signal, not a measure of trading ability, financial suitability, or future performance.

Use progress indicators to:

* Identify learners who may need onboarding support.
* Plan reminder campaigns or instructor follow-up.
* Understand broad engagement patterns.
* Coordinate curriculum delivery with your academic schedule.
* Recognize completion milestones where applicable.

Do not use progress indicators to:

* Promise certificates, employment, funding, or financial outcomes unless separately approved by your institution.
* Publish student-level performance information without an appropriate lawful basis and institutional approval.
* Infer a student’s financial position, risk tolerance, or trading competence.
* Encourage live trading or financial decisions based on curriculum participation.

## Communication guidelines

Institutional communications should help learners understand access, learning expectations, and support options.

<CardGroup cols={3}>
  <Card title="Appropriate" icon="circle-check">
    “Your Forex Masters learning invitation is ready. Please sign in using your college email address.”
  </Card>

  </Card>

  <Card title="Avoid" icon="x-circle">

  </Card>

When communicating about forex education:

* Describe content as educational.
* Include risk-aware language when discussing market-related material.
* Avoid personalized financial recommendations.
* Avoid guarantees of profit, funding, placement, or performance.
* Follow your institution’s communications, privacy, and safeguarding policies.

<Warning>
  Forex trading involves substantial risk. Educational content, platform analytics, AI-generated explanations, and market commentary must not be represented as a guarantee of results or a substitute for independent financial advice.
</Warning>

## Data protection and administrative safety

College administrators may encounter learner identity, enrollment, learning-progress, and communication data. Forex Masters uses authenticated access boundaries and user- or institution-scoped data relationships, but safe administration also depends on operational discipline.

### Administrator responsibilities

* Use an individual administrator account; never share login credentials.
* Confirm the active college before each material change.
* Access learner records only for legitimate educational administration.
* Minimize exported, copied, or locally stored learner data.
* Use verified institutional email addresses for invitations.
* Remove or update access promptly when an administrator leaves the institution.
* Report suspected unauthorized access, misdirected invitations, or data exposure promptly.

### Platform data boundaries

Forex Masters maintains separate application layers for authenticated access, user-scoped data operations, privileged server workflows, and selected local-first synchronization. College and student membership records are institution-associated records; they should be accessed through authorized application flows rather than exported or modified through unsupported tools.

<Note>
  The visibility and retention of information can depend on your institution’s configuration, applicable law, and the platform’s active product capabilities. Contact Forex Masters support for a data-access, correction, or deletion request that cannot be completed through the portal.
</Note>

## Recommended operating cadence

A consistent administrative rhythm helps keep enrollment accurate and learners supported.

| Cadence | Recommended activity |
| - | - |
| Before program launch | Confirm administrator access, college details, participant list, and invitation process. |
| Weekly | Review invitations, new learner activation, and broad engagement signals. |
| During a learning cohort | Send educational reminders, monitor participation patterns, and route support needs appropriately. |
| At completion | Review applicable completion signals and coordinate any institution-specific next steps. |
| Each term or intake | Reconcile the roster, remove obsolete access where authorized, and update college settings as needed. |

## Troubleshooting

<Accordion title="I cannot see the College Admin Portal">
  Confirm that you are signed in with the account assigned as a college administrator. If the portal remains unavailable, your college administrator membership or authorization may not be active. Contact the college’s primary platform contact or Forex Masters support.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="The wrong college appears in the portal">
  Do not make administrative changes. Capture the relevant account and institution details without sharing sensitive information, then contact support so the authorization context can be reviewed.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="A student is missing from the roster">
  Confirm that the student accepted the correct invitation and signed in with the intended account. Review the invitation status, then use the available enrollment workflow or escalate the issue if the association cannot be resolved.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="A student reports no access after joining">
  Ask the student to sign out and sign back in with the invited account. Confirm their enrollment context and any applicable course-access requirement. If access remains unavailable, provide support with the student’s approved email address, college name, and a description of the issue.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="I need to change another administrator's access">
  Follow your institution’s approved authorization process. Do not share accounts or credentials. Where the portal does not expose the required control, contact Forex Masters support with authorization from the appropriate institutional owner.
</Accordion>

## Support escalation

Provide the following when contacting support about a college administration issue:

* College name.
* Your administrator email address.
* The affected student email address, if applicable.
* A clear description of the issue.
* The approximate date and time of the action or error.
* Screenshots with unnecessary personal or sensitive information removed where possible.

Do not include passwords, authentication codes, payment details, broker credentials, or private learner information that is not necessary to resolve the request.
