Lead Infrastructure & Systems Engineer
Architect and scale our edge computing layer, real-time data pipelines, and fast database replication spanning Next.js, distributed databases, local workstation infrastructure, and autonomous AI operational agents.
- •Own platform reliability, multi-region PostgreSQL replication, and edge routing (Next.js Edge Workers) across all production systems (99.98%+ uptime).
- •Optimize in-memory Redis caching and distributed client SQLite (WASM) synchronization to guarantee sub-10ms UI reads.
- •Manage durable async task engines, background job pipelines, and distributed APM telemetry across our cloud edge and local Linux NVMe clusters.
- •Build and deploy autonomous AI infrastructure agents that monitor system telemetry, auto-heal failures, and optimize query plans to achieve beyond-human operational speed.
- •Deep experience with backend systems architecture, PostgreSQL schema design, and high-availability cloud infrastructure.
- •Hands-on expertise with real-time WebSocket pipelines, Redis caching, and client-side SQLite (WASM) database synchronization.
- •Proficiency with TypeScript, Next.js, Docker containerization, and bare-metal Linux server administration.
- •Elite proficiency in utilizing AI across all workflows and building custom AI agents to automate devops, benchmarking, and infrastructure tasks.
