Build a disciplined trading-learning organization

Forex Masters for Business gives organizations a structured way to provide trading education, AI-assisted learning, and workspace access to their teams. Team management is the administrative control point for maintaining an accurate member roster, assigning the right level of access, and protecting organization and learner data. Use the business workspace to:
  • Invite employees and track pending invitations.
  • Maintain active member records.
  • Manage organization administrators.
  • Monitor active seat allocations, daily participant activity, course completion rates, and total study hours.
  • Export full team participation and progress reports to CSV spreadsheets in one click.
  • Remove access promptly when a member changes roles or leaves.
  • Keep individual trading records and personal AI context appropriately protected.
Forex Masters is an education and analysis platform. Organization administrators should not use team-management controls to provide investment advice, direct trading activity, or make performance guarantees.

Team structure

A Forex Masters business workspace is organized around a company record and its associated members. The platform maintains separate records for companies, administrators, employees, and invitations. This separation helps preserve a clear membership lifecycle from invitation through active access and offboarding.

For administrators

Maintain the roster, review invitations, and apply access changes through the business administration experience.

For team members

Learn, use available workspace tools, and manage personal account information from an individual authenticated account.

Access principles

Business access should follow the principle of least privilege: give each person only the access they need to perform their responsibilities.

Administrator access

Company administrators are responsible for the organization’s workspace. Before granting administrator access, confirm that the person is authorized by your organization to manage learning access and member information. Administrator responsibilities commonly include:
  • Adding and removing team members.
  • Monitoring invitation status and correcting email-address errors.
  • Maintaining an accurate set of organization administrators.
  • Coordinating onboarding with managers, people operations, or learning teams.
  • Escalating account, privacy, billing, or technical issues through approved support channels.
Administrator access is sensitive. Do not share administrator credentials, reuse accounts, or assign administrator access to a generic mailbox. Each administrator should use an individual, authenticated Forex Masters account.

Employee access

Employees participate using their own authenticated accounts. Their account may include personal learning progress, notes, journals, AI conversations, and other user-scoped information. Organization administration is not a reason to expose private learner content broadly. Access to sensitive data must remain aligned with the platform’s authorization model, applicable internal policy, and the individual’s permissions.
Team membership and personal trading activity are different concepts. Adding an employee to a company workspace does not authorize an administrator to trade on that employee’s behalf or to access broker credentials.

Invite a team member

Invitations provide a controlled path for adding a person to your organization.
1

Open the business administration area

Sign in with an authorized administrator account and open your company’s administration workspace.
2

Navigate to team or member management

Select the member-management area of the enterprise or company administration experience.
3

Enter the member’s details

Provide the person’s current work email address and verify it carefully before sending. Use an individual address rather than a shared inbox whenever possible.
4

Choose the intended access

Assign the member as an employee or, only when necessary, designate an authorized administrator according to your organization’s approval process.
5

Send and monitor the invitation

Send the invitation, then monitor its status. The recipient must complete the acceptance and account-authentication flow before they become an active member.

Before you send

Use this checklist to reduce failed invitations and unauthorized access:
  • Confirm that the person is eligible under your organization’s Forex Masters agreement.
  • Verify the spelling and ownership of the email address.
  • Confirm whether the person needs standard employee access or administrative responsibility.
  • Check that the person does not already have an active account under a different work email.
  • Follow your internal approval process for new administrators.
  • Avoid including sensitive trading, performance, or account information in invitation messages.

Manage invitation status

An invitation is not the same as an active membership. Treat pending invitations as outstanding access requests that require follow-up.
Ask the recipient to check spam, quarantine, and email-security filters. Confirm that the invitation was sent to the intended address. If the address is incorrect, cancel the outstanding invitation and issue a new one to the corrected address rather than relying on a forwarded message.
Confirm which email address is associated with the existing account before taking action. Avoid creating duplicate identities. If your organization has an approved identity-management process, use it to reconcile the member’s work email and access requirements.
Cancel it immediately. If the unintended recipient has already accepted it, remove the resulting membership and contact support through your approved channel with only the minimum information necessary to investigate.

Maintain the active roster

Review the active roster regularly—at minimum during onboarding, role changes, and offboarding. A current roster improves license planning, reduces unauthorized access, and makes learning-program reporting more reliable.

Onboard

Invite eligible learners, provide an approved onboarding message, and confirm successful activation.

Review

Reconcile active members and administrators against your HR, learning, or operations source of truth.

Offboard

Remove organization access quickly when eligibility ends, then document completion in your internal process.

Change or remove access

When a person’s relationship with your organization changes, update their Forex Masters membership without delay.
1

Confirm the request

Validate the request through your organization’s approved manager, HR, IT, or learning-operations process.
2

Review dependencies

Identify whether the member is an administrator, has pending invitations, or owns shared operational responsibilities that require a handoff.
3

Transfer administrative responsibility when needed

Ensure that at least one authorized administrator remains available before removing another administrator.
4

Update membership

Remove the employee from the company workspace or update their role using the administration interface.
5

Record completion

Update your internal access-review or offboarding record. Do not export or retain unnecessary personal platform data.
Removing a person from your organization does not automatically mean that all data associated with their individual account is deleted. Data handling, retention, and deletion requests must follow the applicable agreement, privacy notice, internal policy, and support process.

Privacy and data boundaries

Forex Masters maintains user-scoped records for areas such as profiles, learning progress, workspaces, notes, journals, AI messages, and trading-related records. These records may contain sensitive personal, behavioral, or financial information. Business administrators should follow these operating rules:
  • Access only information needed for a legitimate organizational purpose.
  • Do not request, collect, or share account passwords, authentication codes, broker credentials, or API keys.
  • Do not copy personal AI conversations, journals, or trading information into unmanaged documents or chat channels.
  • Use individual accounts rather than shared credentials.
  • Remove access when employment, eligibility, or program participation ends.
  • Report suspected unauthorized access promptly through your organization’s security and support process.
  • Apply your organization’s privacy, retention, and consent requirements when administering learners.
The platform uses authenticated access controls and user-scoped data patterns. These technical controls complement—not replace—your organization’s responsibility to manage administrator access, lawful data use, and internal approvals.

Team-management workflow example

A learning manager is launching a 25-person market-education cohort:
  1. The manager receives an approved participant list from the organization.
  2. An authorized company administrator verifies email addresses and checks for existing accounts.
  3. The administrator invites employees in manageable batches.
  4. The administrator monitors pending invitations and resolves delivery issues without sharing sensitive information.
  5. Once participants activate, the manager confirms cohort readiness through approved organizational reporting.
  6. At the end of the program, the organization performs an access review and removes members who are no longer eligible.
This workflow keeps commercial access, identity verification, and learning operations distinct from individual trading decisions.

Operational checklist

Use this checklist whenever you administer a business team.
  • Every administrator has an individual account and a valid business need.
  • The active employee roster matches the organization’s approved source of truth.
  • Pending invitations are reviewed and stale invitations are cancelled.
  • Departed employees and ineligible participants no longer have organization access.
  • Administrative ownership is maintained during staffing changes.
  • Sensitive user information is not copied into external tools without approval.
  • Questions involving privacy, security, billing, or account recovery are escalated through approved channels.
  • The organization’s use of Forex Masters remains educational and consistent with applicable policies and agreements.

Troubleshooting

Confirm that you are signed in with the account that holds company-administrator access. If access was recently granted, sign out and back in, then retry. If the issue persists, contact the person responsible for your organization’s Forex Masters account or approved support channel.
Review the membership immediately, remove access if appropriate, and investigate whether the issue resulted from an incorrect invitation, a role change, or an internal process gap. Preserve only the operational information needed for review.
Add and validate the new authorized administrator first. Once the replacement can access the company administration workspace, remove the departing administrator according to your organization’s access-control policy.
Do not share passwords, one-time codes, broker credentials, or raw sensitive account data in a support request. Use your approved escalation channel and provide the minimum information needed to identify the organization, affected account, and issue.
