Forex Masters brings market intelligence, trading journals, AI coaching, and supported external services into one operating environment. Algorithmic integrations are designed to help you observe, organize, validate, and review your trading process—not to replace risk management or promise trading outcomes.
Forex Masters is an education and trading-intelligence platform. Availability, permissions, and capabilities can vary by account tier, broker, region, and integration status. A connected service does not grant Forex Masters authority to place, modify, or close trades unless a clearly disclosed, separately authorized execution workflow is enabled.

What algorithmic integrations do

Integrations connect external data or workflows to your Forex Masters workspace so that your analysis is grounded in current account, market, and trading-journal context.

Broker account synchronization

Bring supported broker-account and account-snapshot data into your workspace for performance review, journaling, and risk analysis.

Charting and market context

Use charting surfaces, instrument context, reference levels, economic events, and market intelligence alongside your trading plan.

Trading journal enrichment

Associate trades with setup details, risk, outcomes, and behavioral notes to create a more complete review process.

AI-assisted workflow automation

Use Forex Masters AI to summarize context, identify review patterns, and assist with structured analysis within platform controls.

Integration model

Forex Masters uses a separation of responsibilities:
An integration can fail, be delayed, return incomplete data, or become unavailable without notice. Do not rely on a synced balance, position, price, event time, or AI-generated summary as the sole basis for a trading decision.

Supported integration categories

Broker connectivity and account sync

Broker connectivity is intended to provide a clearer view of connected account information inside Forex Masters. Depending on the supported connection and granted permissions, the platform may synchronize information such as:
  • Connected broker-account status
  • Account balance, equity, margin, and related snapshots
  • Trade history and trade attributes
  • Instrument, direction, entry, exit, profit/loss, and lifecycle details
  • Synchronization timestamps and error states
Forex Masters stores broker-account records and periodic snapshots separately from your manually created trading-journal records. This enables review workflows without treating a provider feed as infallible.
Broker synchronization does not guarantee real-time data, complete historical imports, reconciliation with every broker-side adjustment, or support for every asset, account type, order type, or region. Always verify open positions, account balances, margin requirements, fills, and execution details directly in your broker terminal.

Spreadsheet & Workspace Integrations

If you prefer to maintain your trading journal in an external spreadsheet or workspace, you can ingest that data into Forex Masters to power your analytics.

Google Sheets Integration

Connect a Google Sheet to automatically sync rows as trade logs.
  1. Navigate to Workspace Settings > Integrations.
  2. Select Google Sheets and authenticate your Google account.
  3. Select the sheet containing your trade journal.
  4. Map your columns (e.g., Date, Instrument, Direction, Entry, Exit, PnL) to the Forex Masters data model.

Notion Integration

If you use a Notion database for your trading journal, you can sync it seamlessly.
  1. Navigate to Workspace Settings > Integrations.
  2. Select Notion and authorize the Forex Masters integration.
  3. Select your Journal database.
  4. Map the database properties to the Forex Masters trade log format.
Xeven can read your synced Notion pages and Google Sheets rows to provide personalized feedback during your weekly review sessions.

Manual Trade Ingestion

For traders who prefer total control, or who trade on unsupported platforms, Forex Masters offers a robust manual entry system.
  • CSV Upload: Export your trade history from your broker or custom spreadsheet as a CSV file and upload it directly into your Journal.
  • Manual Entry: Use the Trade Card composer to log a trade manually, attaching screenshots of your chart and notes on your execution.

Charting integrations

Charting tools help you inspect price action and organize technical context in the workspace. They are designed to support analysis—not to certify a setup or create a guaranteed signal. Use charting integrations to:
  • Review instruments across selected timeframes
  • Mark liquidity, market structure, reference levels, and planned zones
  • Compare your thesis with economic-calendar and news context
  • Add chart observations to your workspace or journal
  • Build a repeatable pre-trade and post-trade review process
Chart displays, symbols, session times, indicators, and historical candles can differ across providers and broker feeds. Confirm the instrument specification and executable price in the system you use for trading.

Market-data and event intelligence

Forex Masters maintains asynchronous market-data workflows for information such as economic-calendar events, news, market instruments, market ticks, historical series, correlations, reference levels, and intelligence projections. The platform is designed around database-first reads: market information is collected through background ingestion and then made available to product and AI surfaces. This architecture reduces repeated provider calls during your session, but it also means information may reflect the latest completed sync rather than a live exchange or broker feed. Use market context to prepare for questions such as:
  • Is a high-impact economic event approaching?
  • Has a related currency pair experienced unusual volatility?
  • Is the trade idea aligned with the current session and market structure?
  • Does the setup meet my written risk and participation rules?
Do not interpret market context, sentiment, reference levels, or projections as personalized investment advice or an instruction to trade.

Connect an integration

Before connecting any external account, review the provider’s authorization screen and confirm that you understand what data access you are granting.
1

Open Integrations

From your dashboard or account settings, open Integrations and select the category you want to connect.
2

Review availability

Confirm that the provider, account type, and capability you need are available for your plan and region. Some integrations may be in limited rollout or unavailable for certain users.
3

Authorize with the provider

Complete the provider-hosted authorization process. Use only official provider pages and never share your broker password, API secret, recovery code, or one-time password in Forex Masters chat, notes, or support messages.
4

Choose the account or workspace

If prompted, select the account, connection scope, or workspace that the integration should serve.
5

Confirm the first sync

Wait for the integration status to show a successful connection or completed synchronization. Review the imported account and trade information against your broker terminal before relying on it for review.
6

Set your operating rules

Define your personal risk limits, journal conventions, and review cadence. An integration improves visibility; it does not create a trading plan for you.

Connection permissions and data safety

Forex Masters is designed to keep external credentials and privileged provider access within trusted server-side boundaries. Your browser-facing workspace uses authenticated, user-scoped access for your platform data. When you connect a provider:
  • Authorize only the minimum scope necessary for your intended workflow.
  • Use read-only access whenever it is sufficient.
  • Review connected accounts regularly and revoke access you no longer need.
  • Keep provider credentials out of browser storage, screenshots, notes, chat messages, and shared workspaces.
  • Verify that the account shown in Forex Masters is the intended live or demo account.
  • Treat broker-account, trade, and performance records as sensitive personal financial information.
Forex Masters support will never ask you to send a broker password, private API key, secret token, MFA code, or recovery phrase through chat, email, or community messages.

Sync status and expected behavior

Integration state can change over time. A connection may be active while a particular synchronization is delayed, partially complete, or unsuccessful.
Common causes include provider-side reporting delays, market closures, account permissions, an expired token, an unsupported order type, an incomplete historical import, a connection created after the trade occurred, or a temporary synchronization failure. Forex Masters may also preserve sync errors for operational review.
Synchronization frequency depends on the provider, account connection, background workflow schedule, system health, and data type. Forex Masters does not represent all integrated information as tick-by-tick, real-time, or execution-grade unless that capability is explicitly stated for the relevant integration.

Working with synced trades

Synced data becomes more useful when you combine it with deliberate journal practice. After a synchronization, review each meaningful trade for context that a broker feed cannot reliably explain.

Before the trade

Record market conditions, setup criteria, invalidation, event risk, and planned risk before entry.

During the trade

Follow your position-sizing and stop rules. Do not widen risk or average down simply because a tool, chart, or model presents a persuasive narrative.

After the trade

Compare the outcome with the original process, then capture execution quality, emotion, mistakes, and lessons learned.
A high-quality review distinguishes between:
  • Imported facts: timestamps, prices, volume, realized profit/loss, and account metrics
  • Trader context: thesis, execution rationale, planned risk, adherence, and emotional state
  • Platform analysis: summaries, pattern detection, coaching prompts, and educational context
This separation matters. A profitable trade can reflect poor process, and a losing trade can still follow a disciplined, valid plan.

AI and automated workflows

Forex Masters AI can use permitted workspace, journal, lesson, and market context to support structured analysis. The AI request path applies authentication, usage controls, tool filtering, guardrails, and message persistence controls. AI-assisted workflows may help you:
  • Summarize a journal period
  • Identify repeated deviations from a written trading rule
  • Turn observations into a review checklist
  • Explain educational concepts in the context of your workspace
  • Compare a planned setup against your documented criteria
  • Surface relevant market or curriculum context for further study
They do not:
  • Guarantee profitability or a funded-account outcome
  • Verify that a market condition will occur
  • Replace independent judgment, broker confirmations, or risk controls
  • Create an obligation to enter, hold, or exit a position
  • Authorize autonomous trading in your brokerage account by default
AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Validate factual claims, prices, event times, and risk calculations independently before acting.

Build a disciplined integration workflow

Use integrations as part of a repeatable operating loop rather than as a source of alerts to chase.
1

Prepare

Check your selected instruments, upcoming economic events, trading session, and written participation criteria.
2

Plan

Define entry conditions, invalidation, stop placement, position size, target logic, and the maximum loss you accept before any order is placed.
3

Verify

Confirm live price, contract specifications, margin, spreads, account status, and order details directly with your broker.
4

Execute selectively

Trade only when the setup satisfies your rules. A valid decision can be to do nothing.
5

Reconcile

After the trade, compare broker records with synced records and correct or annotate journal context where needed.
6

Review

Use journal and AI insights to improve process quality over a meaningful sample of trades—not to overreact to a single result.

Troubleshooting

The connection cannot be authorized

Check that:
  1. You are using the correct provider account.
  2. The account is eligible for the connection type.
  3. Required provider permissions have been granted.
  4. Your provider session, MFA flow, or authorization link has not expired.
  5. Your plan and region support the integration.
If the issue persists, disconnect the incomplete connection before attempting a clean reconnection. Do not create multiple duplicate connections for the same account unless the workflow explicitly supports it.

Synced data appears stale

First, check the connection’s last successful synchronization time and provider status. Then compare the specific balance, position, trade, or price against the broker platform. A stale display can result from provider latency, background-job delays, an expired authorization, market closure, or a temporary service issue. Do not use stale data for an execution decision.

Imported trade details do not match my journal

Broker records and journal entries serve different purposes. Preserve the broker-derived facts where available, then update your journal notes, setup classification, and review fields to reflect your actual process. If the discrepancy concerns execution price, fill status, account equity, or margin, rely on your broker’s official records and contact the provider where appropriate.

I want to remove access

Disconnect the integration from Integrations or your account settings, then revoke the Forex Masters application from the external provider’s authorized-applications page when available. Disconnecting stops future access through the platform, but it does not automatically alter historical records already retained for your journal, audit, or account history.

Security checklist

Confirm the provider is legitimate, review the requested access scope, and decide whether read-only access meets your need.
Verify account identity, watch for unexpected permission prompts, and use your broker terminal as the source of truth for execution.
Revoke provider-side access where available, review connected devices and sessions, and contact support if you believe credentials or account data may have been exposed.

Important risk disclosure

Foreign exchange trading involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for every trader. Leveraged products can result in rapid losses. Historical results, chart patterns, AI-generated analysis, synced account data, and simulated or shadow-trading outputs do not predict future performance. Forex Masters provides educational tools, analytical workflows, and technology services. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions, account security, compliance with applicable laws and broker terms, and the management of risk in every transaction.
