Sharing and Permissions
The Vault is your research and intelligence library in Forex Masters. It brings together curated institutional knowledge, AI-generated insights, saved references, and personal materials so you can return to the information that supports your trading process. Because Vault entries may include market hypotheses, trade reflections, broker-related context, or AI-assisted analysis, access is designed around ownership and authenticated product access.Treat every Vault item as part of your trading workspace. Do not share account information, broker credentials, private journal entries, or personally identifiable information in an item you intend to distribute outside Forex Masters.
Vault access at a glance
Vault access depends on the type of content you are viewing and your authenticated Forex Masters account.Curated intelligence
Platform-provided research, learning material, and institutional knowledge available through your product access.
Your Vault
Personal items, saved context, and user-owned material associated with your Forex Masters account.
Bookmarks
Your private saved references to eligible Vault content, making important material easier to revisit.
Content ownership
The Vault distinguishes between platform intelligence and personal content.
A bookmark is not a duplicate or public copy of the original item. It is a personal reference that helps you return to content you are permitted to view.
Sharing Vault content
Forex Masters may present sharing options differently depending on the item type, workspace, account tier, and active product experience. When a sharing action is available, use it deliberately and review the destination before confirming.1
Open the Vault item
Select the insight, reference, research item, or saved material you want to review.
2
Check the item source
Confirm whether the item is personal content, curated platform intelligence, or material generated from another workspace or tool.
3
Use the available share or export action
If the item provides a sharing or export control, choose the intended destination and inspect the content before sending it.
4
Remove sensitive context
Before sharing externally, remove personal account details, trade identifiers, private journal notes, screenshots containing sensitive data, and confidential third-party information.
5
Share only what is necessary
Share the insight or educational context—not an entire account history, private trading record, or unrelated workspace data.
Permission principles
Forex Masters applies access controls at the application and data layers. In practical terms, this means:- You must be signed in to access protected Vault experiences.
- Personal records are intended to be scoped to the authenticated user.
- Platform content may be available only when your subscription, course access, or product entitlement permits it.
- Server-side access paths use authenticated contexts and database access controls rather than relying on browser state alone.
- Administrative and operational access are separate from standard trader access.
Access to a Vault item can change if its source content, your subscription status, or your account permissions change. A bookmark may remain visible as a reference, but the underlying item may no longer be available.
Personal content versus platform content
Personal Vault content
Personal content can include material you create, save, or generate while using Forex Masters. Keep this content organized as you would a private trading journal. Use personal Vault content for:- Market observations and trade theses
- Post-trade reflections
- Educational notes
- Saved AI explanations
- Research references relevant to your process
- Private planning material
Curated platform intelligence
Curated intelligence is provided through Forex Masters to support education, market understanding, and disciplined decision-making. It may include structured knowledge, research summaries, dashboard content, and other learning-oriented material. You may use this material within the boundaries of your account access and applicable platform terms. Do not represent Forex Masters content as your own research, resell it, or distribute it as a substitute for the platform. Can I make a Vault item public?
Can I make a Vault item public?
Public, item-level publishing should only be assumed when the product explicitly presents a public-sharing option. Do not assume that a copied link, bookmark, or workspace reference makes content public.
Can I invite another trader to view my personal Vault?
Can I invite another trader to view my personal Vault?
Do not assume personal Vault items support collaborator access unless the interface explicitly provides an invitation or sharing workflow. Personal content is designed to remain associated with your authenticated account.
Does sharing give someone access to my account?
Does sharing give someone access to my account?
No sharing action should require you to provide your Forex Masters password, session information, broker credentials, or API keys. If a recipient needs platform access, they should use their own authenticated account.
Can someone see my bookmarks?
Can someone see my bookmarks?
Bookmarks are personal references associated with your account. They do not create a shared collection or grant another user access to the bookmarked source.
Working safely with AI-generated material
AI-assisted Vault content can be useful for structuring research, reviewing a process, or revisiting educational concepts. It should not be treated as a guaranteed market outcome, personalized investment advice, or a substitute for your own risk controls. Before sharing AI-generated material:- Verify the factual and market context.
- Remove personal data and confidential trade information.
- Label it clearly as analysis or educational material where appropriate.
- Avoid presenting projections as certainty.
- Confirm that the recipient understands the content is not financial advice.
What happens when access changes?
Access to Vault material may be affected by account and entitlement changes.Best practices for teams, mentors, and communities
If you use Vault material in a mentoring, classroom, team, or community setting:Share conclusions, not credentials
Use summaries, sanitized screenshots, or approved educational material. Never share login links, session tokens, broker credentials, or personal account details.
Keep ownership clear
Identify whether content is your own, community-created, or provided by Forex Masters before distributing it.
Use separate accounts
Each trader, student, or team member should access Forex Masters with their own account rather than sharing a single login.
Respect educational boundaries
Frame shared material as education and analysis. Encourage recipients to apply independent judgment and risk management.
